The Bubbles Express Car Wash YETI® Cooler Giveaway is open to legal residents of Alabama who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Bubbles Express Car Wash and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter. Limit one (1) entry per person. Duplicate entries may be disqualified.
One (1) winner will receive a YETI® Tundra 45 Hard Cooler (Approximate Retail Value: $325). The winner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries.
The winner will be notified using the phone number or email address provided at the time of entry. If the selected winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within seven (7) days, is determined to be ineligible, or declines the prize, Bubbles Express Car Wash reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
The prize must be claimed in person at a Bubbles Express Car Wash location. The winner is responsible for arranging pickup within thirty (30) days of notification unless otherwise agreed by Bubbles Express Car Wash.
By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to have their photograph taken while receiving the prize and grants Bubbles Express Car Wash permission to use their name, likeness, photograph, and statements related to the giveaway for promotional, advertising, and marketing purposes in any media, without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
